Figures shown are estimates for tracking purposes only. Final payout totals may vary based on final accounting. eg if any artwork is not handed in, those orders are refunded, making the total lower.
Running this report will show you the total dollars spent before taxes, up to the minute.
- For schools in BC/Alberta, take the "Total Cost" at the bottom of the list and multiply by 0.3 to see your fundraising amount.
- For schools elsewhere in Canada, take the "Total Cost" at the bottom of the list and multiply by 0.25 or 0.20 to see your fundraising amount.
Run this report when it is time to collect up the artwork from everyone who has placed an order.
It really helps to track down the last few pieces of artwork, and answer the question of "Did this person order?"

Where is my school code?
Your school code is in your welcome email, it will be 4 letters and 4 numbers (eg. ABCD2025). It is also on the back of all of the artwork pages!
What is my timeline again?
Your timeline is indicated in your "How Your Created By Kids Art Fundraiser Works" booklet, which is shipped with your supplies, and included as a PDF attachment in your welcome email.
When do we receive our materials?
You'll receive your materials around about a week before your launch date.
Are there any fees, admin fees, shipping fees, materials fees, credit card fees, or per-student fees?
It is our belief that schools should never lose money on a fundraiser – it is a privilege for a fundraising provider to partner with your school and should be treated as such.
You have no risk, and we pay for all materials that we send your way. In addition, you also pay no shipping!
No admin fees, no credit card fees, etc. So every single order generates profit for your school.
*What profit do we make?
Because this is a no-fee fundraiser, you are guaranteed to start profiting on order #1, and every order thereafter!
Schools in BC and Alberta: 30% of each order
Schools in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, PEI, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia 25% of each order
Schools in Newfoundland, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: 20% of each order
Why are our totals low?
Ordering typically follows a pattern: an initial burst, slow trickle, then large percentage of orders near the deadline (and just past the deadline, which is why we have an automatic 3-day grace period!). If you are checking numbers before the deadline, this could be the case. It could also be an indication to put out a reminder or "last call" to encourage more orders.
